Sweet Nix was born from a lifelong love of baking, a lightbulb moment at a market stall and a whole lot of heart.

I’m Nic, and some of my earliest memories are in the kitchen with my mum, baking on weekends for our family and friends. Baking was our thing. Somewhere between high school and adult life, that hobby faded… until something reignited it in mid-2023.

In December that year, my partner and I visited the Geelong Waterfront Markets and I picked up some cookies from a local business. They were fun, loaded and full of surprises, and it sparked a thought I couldn’t shake.

There are so many loaded cookie businesses… but where were the brownies?

More importantly, where were the brownies with all the goodness on the inside, not just piled on top?

That’s when it clicked.

Sweet Nix was created to do brownies differently - rich, fudgy, flavour-packed stuffed brownies, where the magic is baked right through the middle. No boring bites. No afterthought toppings. Just intentional flavours, made properly, every time.

But Sweet Nix is about more than brownies, and it always has been.
